CHENNAI: Actor Kamal Haasan, taking to Twitter announced that shooting for his portions of Indian 2 will begin from today.
Despite going through several issues such as worker death and creative differences, Indian 2 has managed to survive and would start rolling again.
The Vikram actor posted a picture with director Shankar along with the announcement. The actor captioned the post, "#Indian2 from today." @Udhaystalin @shankarshanmugh @LycaProductions @RedGiantMovies_

Kamal, last month had announced, that he will be resuming his shoot in September. As reported by DT Next earlier, the film went on floors late in August and Kamal has joined the sets from today.
Apart from Kamal Haasan, Indian 2 features an array of actors like Kajal Aggarwal, Bobby Simha, Priya Bhavani Shankar and Rakul Preet Singh. The movie will also witness filmmaker Shankar pair up with music composer Anirudh Ravichander for the first time. Stunt choreography would be done by Anl Arasu and Peter Hein, Ravivarman would crank the camera while Sreekar Prasad will handle the cuts.
