6 test positive at AU campus; Covid cluster suspected

As many as six students have tested positive out of 40 students, who were tested for the infection. Currently, all of them are stable, according to the Health Secretary.

CHENNAI: Health secretary J Radhakrishnan on Tuesday inspected testing of students at Anna University campus where Covid cluster is suspected among students.

As many as six students have tested positive out of 40 students, who were tested for the infection. Currently, all of them are stable, according to the Health Secretary.

It may be noted that as many as 196 cases of Covid were reported in IIT-Madras last month.
