30 years after being abandoned, man tracks down family
Unrelenting efforts to find his family ended successful for a man, who was abandoned at London’s Gatwick Airport more than three decades ago. Steve Hydes, who was known as ‘Gary Gatwick’ after the airport’s teddy bear mascot, shared the happy news of being able to establish his identity on Facebook. He said genealogists used DNA samples to track down his birth parents. His post has gone on viral, with several expressing their happiness for Steve.
Spider removed from man’s ear after he complains of sensation
After going to a doctor to consult about his ‘crawling sensation’, a man was left in shock when he learned that it was actually a spider weaving a web inside his ear. Dr Zhang Pan who checked the man said that he did not notice the spider inside the man’s ear at first and noticed it only after using an endoscope. A shocking video of Zhang reaching out and filling his patient’s ear canal with a few drops of saline, which drove out the spider, has gone viral on social media.
Guard dog ‘accepts’ bribe from bear, Twitterati defends him
Twitterati responded in numbers after Jesse Jordan, a user, shared a hilarious story about his dog. Brickleberry, who was supposed to be a guard dog and warn him of intruders. However, he said a bear has been bribing Brickleberry with deer bones every day in exchange of his silence. This allowed the bear to access the trash cans. Jordan then said he had no choice, but to hold his dog guilty. However, a bulk of users defended Brickleberry and said he was not culpable.
