A few days ago, we reported that Nelson Dilipkumar of Kolamaavu Kokila fame, who has also directed SIvakarthikeyan’s Doctor is one among the three directors in contention to direct Vijay 65.
The makers have now confirmed the news with a teaser in which the producer of the film Kalanithi Maran along with Vijay meets Nelson.
This will be Vijay’s fourth collaboration under Sun Pictures banner. The production house had previously produced Vijay’s Vettaikaaran, Sura, and Sarkar.
The title is designed with guns and a flying car, which indicates that Vijay might play a car racer in the film.
Touted to be a comic caper, Anirudh Ravichander will compose the music and Vijay Karthik Kannan will handle the cinematography. We hear that the movie has been tentatively titled, Target Raja.
Rumours also suggest that Kiara Advani has been approached to play the female lead.
