Nivin asks kids to shout ‘no’ at abusers

Children need to be told about good and bad touches and if done by someone they all like and in a way they would enjoy, rest assured that the message is delivered intact.

While there are hundreds of videos to create awareness child sexual abuse online, the latest one featuring actor Nivin Pauly, who addresses a group of children on the topic without even using the actual word is going viral ever since it was uploaded on social media platforms a few days ago. 

Directed by Jude Anthany Joseph of Om Shanti Oshana and produced by Bodhini Metropolis Charitable Trust for Kerala State Commission For Protection of Child Rights, the short film No Go Tell explains how children should differentiate good touch and what they should do if they feel that somebody is touching them in the wrong way.

“Shout ‘no’,” says the Premam actor. “Then run away from the spot and complain to someone whom you trust the most,” he adds.
