With Bihar set to go to polls from today, campaigning is in full swing. A photo went viral which purportedly shows bottles of alcohol the BJP-JD (U) alliance planned to distribute to voters ahead of the election. Using a reverse image search, Alt News located the image to Thailand from September 2019. It concerns floods in Ubon Ratchathani and food packets prepared to help the affected. An individual had also put together liquor bottles and distributed them amidst this.
