TN Cabinet to meet today, key decision regarding NEET exam awaited

The Cabinet of Tamil Nadu will meet today at the Secretariat in Chennai. The meeting will be chaired by Chief Minister Edappadi K Palaniswami. 

Reportedly, various issues such as COVID-19, lockdown, and NEET exam are said to be discussed in the meeting. 

Topics on politics will also be discussed in the Cabinet meeting. 

With the continuous surge of Covid-19 in the state, the measures to curb down the spread of the virus in districts of TN will be one of the main topics to be discussed in the Cabinet meeting today. 

TN logged 4,328 new Covid cases on Monday, taking the toll to 1,42,798. The government has also suspended the functioning of public transport in the state till 31st of July, as a combat measure against COVID-19.
