CHENNAI: The Tamil Nadu Teachers Recruitment Board has once again postponed the TN Teachers Eligibility Test (TN TET) to be held between September 10-15 due to administrative reasons.

In a circular published at http://trb.tn.nic.in/, the board clarified that the TET paper I, scheduled between September 10 and 15 has been postponed due to various administrative reasons. However, the circular added that the actual exam dates will be announced at the earliest.

Meanwhile this is the second time the board has postponed the exams for 2022. Earlier in August, the board changed the paper I exam schedule from its original dates August 25-30, yet again due to administrative reasons.

Such delay in conducting the exams can drastically affect filling up of vacancies in schools, pointed out educationalists.
