Taking into cognizance the reports of private E-seva centres charging more than government mandated price, Minister for Animal Husbandry Udumalai Radhakrishnan has launched a toll free helpline number.

He released a statement on his twitter stating that government has 595 E-seva centres all over Tamil Nadu and in places where there isn't a centre, browsing centres have acquired franchisee rights from Tamil Nadu Arasu Cable TV Corporation to make sure people's needs are met in such places.

Reprimanding those who charge exorbitantly, he said people to dial the toll free number 18004252911 to lodge complaints for swift punitive measures.

Those who are proven to charge extra will have their user identification rescinded without prior information, he warned.

Radhakrishnan made this statement under the capacity of Tamil Nadu Arasu Cable TV Corporation Limited's chairman.
