Rs 100 cr for Kalaignar library: Minister EV Velu

For the construction of the library in Madurai, the state government has increased the fund allocation to Rs 100 crore as against Rs 70 crore, P Moorthy, Minister for Commercial Taxes and Registration, said in Madurai on Wednesday. The PWD Minister EV Velu has already started preliminary works.
