Ramnad library official held for graft

A District Library official was caught red handed in Ramanathapuram while taking a bribe on Tuesday.

The accused has been identified as Kannan, sources said. DVAC sleuths laid a trap on Tuesday based on a complaint that the District Library official has demanded Rs 30,000 as bribe money to allow the complainant to continue as a daily wage librarian and was demanding a bribe of Rs 5,000 in advance, sources said.
