Ministers inaugurate 1,000 litre capacity Oxygen plant installed at Aruppukottai GH

An oxygen generation plant with a capacity to produce 1,000 litres of medical oxygen has been installed at Aruppukottai Government Hospital in Virudhunagar district.

Revenue Minister KKSSR Ramachandran along with Industries Minister Thangam Thennarasu inaugurated the facility in the presence of Collector J Meghanatha Reddy on Sunday.

The oxygen plant was set up at a cost of Rs 1.86 crore through ‘PM Cares’ Fund.’ The facility was created with aid of NHAI, Thoothukudi.
