Minister for School Education clarifies on school re-opening plan

In a brief reply to the reporters, the Minister of school education Sengottaiyan K.A addressed the often raised query of when the school would be reopened in the light of coronavirus pandemic.

The Minister of school education Sengottaiyan K.A said that after the impact of coronavirus pandemic is reduced,  steps will be taken to reopen the schools. He said that after consulting the parents the books for standard 1 to 9 will be given to the students. He also said that efforts are on to declare the results of students who have appeared for 10th standard board exams in the first week of August,
