Madurai MP Su Venkatesan tests positive for Covid-19

MP Su Venkatesan was tested positive for Covid-19 and has been admitted in Thoppur Government Hospital for Thoracic Medicine for treatment.

Su. Venkatesan, MP of Madurai representing CPI (M) party, was tested positive for Covid-19, on Friday. 

Su. Venkatesan had tweeted that he has contracted the virus and has been admitted in the Government Hospital for Thoracic Medicine in Thoppur for further treatment. He also said that he is doing well.

Reports said, that the contract tracing is in place by the Health officials, after Su. Venkatesan was tested positive.
