CHENNAI: A consumer of the State-owned Aavin cooperative dairy society was shocked to find a dead bee in the milk packet. She escalated the issue to the depot where she brought the packet from.
The Aavin consumer from Madurai buys her daily supply of milk from a depot proximate to Kamaraj University. She usually gets a green packet of standardised milk. On cutting the packet, she was shocked to find a dead bee floating on the milk. In no time she took it to the depot and demanded redressal.
The depot authorities taking her complaint informed that there may have been a lax while packing and promised to investigate into the matter. However, they requested the consumer not not to post any photo or video regarding this fearing disciplinary action.
