During probe, the CB-CID officials stumbled upon the information that Lokka had done a surgery on his nose at a private hospital in Coimbatore in February.

The don, who was impersonating as Pradeep Singh, had informed the doctors that he wanted to make facial corrections to try his luck in movies. “He was admitted in a hospital in RS Puram for about four days from February 19 for the surgery. He altered his nose to appear big,” said sources.

Inquiries also revealed that Lokka, who was a fitness freak, had been a regular in a gym at Cheran Maa Nagar, where he was residing.

Meanwhile, Amani Dhanji (27) who was staying with him had been shifted to Puzhal prison in Chennai on Thursday night. Since her arrest by police a few days ago, Dhanji has been under treatment at Coimbatore Medical College and Hospital (CMCH).

The woman, who is two months pregnant, had consumed an overdose of pills to abort her foetus. After she developed health issues, she was admitted to CMCH for treatment. Upon recovery, the CB-CID sleuths took Dhanji to Puzhal prison, where foreign nationals are generally lodged.
