Schools and colleges in Puducherry and Karaikal have been given a holiday on October 25 on the occasion of Deepavali.

CHENNAI: After the celebration of Deepavali on Monday, Puducherry and Karaikal schools and colleges will be given a holiday on October 25 as announced by the Puducherry Education Minister Namassivayam on Friday.

The Minister informed that the students will be given a holiday on Tuesday, October 25 on the occasion of Deepavali.
