Food Minister admitted to private hospital

Tamil Nadu Minister for Food and Civil Supplies R Kamaraj who had tested positive for COVID-19 on January 6, was admitted to MGM Healthcare on Tuesday.

As per hospital sources, he is on on ventilator after he suffered from some complications. He was earlier admitted to MIOT Hospital. But he later developed complications and was rushed to MGM Healthcare. 

Chief Minister Edappadi K Palaniswami and Deputy CM O Panneerselvam visited the hospital to enquire about his health.
