Board exam results for classes 10 & 11 to be announced in TN on May 16

Originally, the SSLC exam results were set to be released on Monday, May 19, as per the official timetable. However, over the past few days, there had been speculation that the results might be released ahead of schedule.

CHENNAI: The State board exam results for classes 10 and 11 in Tamil Nadu will be announced by the School Education Department on May 16 (Friday).

Meanwhile, Class 12 results were declared on May 8, where TN recorded 95.03 pass percentage.

As per the notification from the Directorate of Government Examination (DGE), Class 10 results will be announced at 9 am, and Class 11 results will be declared at 2 pm on the same day. Students and teachers can procure details of the results from results.digilocker.gov.in and www.tnresults.nic.in.

This year, over 9.13 lakh students and 8.18 lakh students had registered for the Class 10 and Class 11 exams respectively.
