Bhoomi puja for Vijay-led TVK meet tomorrow

According to the Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam insiders, a "Bhoomi Puja" for their first-ever state conference will be held in the conference venue on October 4, Friday.

CHENNAI: Actor-turned-politician Vijay's Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam is all set to hold Bhoomi Puja for their first-ever state conference on October 4.

According to the Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam insiders, a "Bhoomi Puja" for their first-ever state conference will be held in the conference venue on October 4, Friday.

"Preparations for our Vikravandi conference are in full swing. Our general secretary N Anand has formed 25 different teams to coordinate the work for the conference. We are expecting more than 1 lakh people to attend the conference," insiders informed.

Later on October 13, "Pandhal Kaal" would be installed in the conference venue at V Salai village, where the party's president Vijay would take part.

The TVK's first-ever state conference is scheduled for October 27 in Vikravandi of Villupuram district.
