Amma Makkal Munnetra Kazhagam (ADMK's splinter) party's treasurer Vetrivel is in ventilator and his health has worsened.

Vetrivel was tested positive for covid-19 on October 6 and was admitted in a private hospital in Porur.

He had suffered sudden breathlessness and was put on the ventilator support.

The doctors have said his health is continuing to deteriorate.
