Social activist Piyush Manush has been arrested at Salem on Wednesday.

He was arrested under the complaint by one Ayisha Kumari who has rented him her house which she asjed him to vacate as per agreement. But Manush resisted, Kumari even alleged that he tried to attack her.

Ayisha Kumari is a widower with her son, both of them gave a petition at the collector's office alleging Piyush Manush tried to swindle her land.
