A petition filed by Mohammed Shahul Hameed came up for hearing before Justice G Ilangovan, in which he stated that one Muthu promising to clear his mother’s land of ‘seemai karuvelam’ in Mudukulathur misused it for selling liquor. Despite complaint, police took no action. The Judge directed Ramnad SP to act on it.
