On a tip off that the ganja peddling is prevailing at Chettipatti bridge near E-Pudhur, the police team rushed to the spot and found that two persons were standing there suspiciously and on seeing the police one among the two ran and soon, the police secured the other who was identified as Albert (30) from E-Pudhur and he was selling ganja to the youths in and around E-Pudhur.

Subsequently, the police arrested Albert and seized packets of ganja weighing around 5.2 kgs. The police are searching for the other.
