4 railway staff at Coonoor infected with coronavirus

Four employees of the Coonoor railway station have tested COVID positive. After the staff, employed in the engineering wing, were found infected, the Health Department collected samples from others working with them.

This has sent jitters among tourists, who came to the station and also travelled by the NMR train. Governor RN Ravi, who was on a visit to The Nilgiris, also travelled by the train to Coonoor on October 15.
