“To impart world-class training to sportspersons and improve their performance at international events, four Olympic academies and a sports village would be set up. Steps will be taken for proper implementation of reservation for their jobs, providing Silambam training and also ensuring their pension,” said Chief Minister MK Stalin after a meeting with the Sports Development department.
