1 dead, 30 hurt in Ramnad mishap

One person was killed and 30 others were injured in an accident near Sayalkudi of Ramanathapuram district on Monday night.

The deceased has been identified as Saradhabai (65), a native of Maharashtra. The accident occurred when the private omni bus in which the passengers were travelling collided with a van at Chathiram on ECR. A case has been registered.
