M Vimal Raj (5/37) dished out a five-wicket haul as Amar Cricket Club edged Universal Recreation Club by two wickets in a TNCA Sixth Division ‘B’ duel here. Bowling first, right-arm medium pacer Vimal wreaked havoc to skittle out Universal for 169 in 29.3 overs. Amar scampered to its target in 28.3 overs, losing eight wickets in the process. G Suresh (49) was the top-scorer for the victor, falling just one run short of a half-century.
