TN women’s poor run continues

Tamil Nadu lost to Haryana by two wickets in the BCCI Senior Women’s Elite ‘B’ one-day tournament in Thane on Saturday.

Batting first, TN was bowled out for 145 with L Nethra top-scoring with 45 as Haryana’s Priya Khatkar took five wickets for 31 runs. In reply, Haryana’s Sonia Khatri scored 68 to guide her team to victory. In the U-19 tournament, Tamil Nadu lost to Uttarakhand 99 runs.
