In a Fourth Division ‘A’ contest, right-arm medium pacer S Taarakesh (7/40) scalped seven wickets to guide Madras United Club to a 25-run success over Gandhi Nagar Starlets Cricket Club.
In another game, I Prakash (5/44) picked up a five-wicket haul as Social Cricket Club got the better of Prithvi Cricket Club by five wickets.
