GUWAHATI: Railways earned a nine-run win over Tamil Nadu in the BCCI Senior Women’s T20 League in the fifth round of the Group B here on Tuesday.

Opting to bat first, Railways scored 90 for eight with wicket-keeper Nuzhat Parween top-scoring with 36. Tamil Nadu’s N Niranjana (3/9) and SB Keerthana (3/7) shared six wickets between them. In reply, Tamil Nadu was bowled out for 81 with Railways’ K Anjali Sarvani taking three for 19.
