CHENNAI: The South Central Railway has notified extension of services of Sabarimala special trains to clear extra rush of passengers.
1. Train 07159 Nanded-Kollam special will leave Nanded at 5.30 am on January 3 and 10 (Friday) and reach Kollam at 7 pm the next day (2 services).
2. Train 07160 Kollam-Nanded special will leave Kollam at 2.30 am on January 5 and 12 (Sunday) and reach Nanded at 3.30 pm the next day (2 services).
3. Train 07161 Sirpurkagaznagar-Kollam special will leave Sirpurkagaznagar at 10.40 am on January 17 and 24 (Friday) and reach Kollam at 7 pm the next day (2 services).
4. Train 07162 Kollam-Sirpurkagaznagar special will leave Kollam at 2.30 am on January 19 and 26 and reach Sirpurkaganagar at 10 am the next day (2 services).
5. Train 07163 Hyderabad-Kottayam special will leave Hyderabad at 1.30 pm on December 20 and 27 (Friday) and reach Kottayam at 6.45 pm the next day (2 services).
6. Train 07164 Kottayam-Hyderabad special will leave Kottayam at 9.45 pm on December 21 and 28 (Saturday) and reach Hyderabad at 12.30 am on the third day (2 services).
Advance reservations for train numbers 07159, 07160, 07161 and 07162 are open, and will soon open for train numbers 07163 and 07164 from the SR-end.
