CHENNAI: East Coast Railway has notified the diversion of a few train services due to the traffic block in connection with the construction of an air concourse at Cuttack Station Yard.
Train No. 12515 Coimbatore – Silchar Superfast Express leaving Coimbatore at 10.00 pm on 16, 23 February, 02, 09 and 16 March will be diverted to run via Barang, Naraj Marthapur and Kapilas Road skipping stoppage at Cuttack. Additional stoppage will be provided at Naraj Marthapur.
Train No. 22643 Ernakulam Jn – Patna Superfast Express leaving Ernakulam at 5.20 pm on 17, 18, 24, 25 Feb and 03, 04, 10, 11, 17 March will be diverted to run via Barang, Naraj Marthapur and Kapilas Road skipping stoppage at Cuttack.
Additional stoppage will be provided at Naraj Marthapur.
Train No. 12509 SMVT Bengaluru – Guwahati Superfast Express (via Jolarpettai, Katpadi, Arakkonam, Perambur) leaving SMVT Bengaluru at 11.40 pm on 19, 20, 21, 26, 27, 28 February and 05, 06, 07, 12, 13 & 14 March will be diverted to run via Barang, Naraj Marthapur and Kapilas Road skipping stoppage at Cuttack.
Additional stoppage will be provided at Naraj Marthapur, a release issued by Southern Railway said.
