CHENNAI:Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK) president and actor Vijay is set to chair a meeting of the party's district secretaries on July 20 at the party's headquarters in Panaiyur here.

According to party workers, this high-level meeting, scheduled for Sunday, will play a crucial role in shaping the party's forthcoming political strategies.

"Key discussions will centre around the preparations for TVK's second state conference, set to be held in Madurai on August 25, and the next phase of the party's organisational and electoral activities across Tamil Nadu," party leaders said.

Ahead of the district secretaries' meeting, a training session for functionaries and district secretaries will be conducted on Saturday, July 19.

Party leaders further said that invitations have been extended to all district secretaries, and important resolutions are expected to be adopted during the meeting.
