The accused Meganathan was booked under Woman Harassment and Information Technology Act and remanded in judicial custody. The incident happened on a Chennai-bound train on September 17. The 22-year-old victim, who realised that somebody is filming her, opened the toilet and secured the TTE near Arakkonam in the wee hours. After inquiry, police registered a case and remanded the TTE in judicial custody.
