Traffic diversions near Kilpauk Fire Station: Details inside

The traffic changes will be in effect from 10 pm on Monday (Oct 3) to 5 am on Tuesday (Oct 4).

CHENNAI: Chennai city traffic police have announced traffic diversions to facilitate the Highway Department’s construction of culvert on EVR Salai, junction of Barnaby Road (Incoming traffic), near Kilpauk Fire Station.

The traffic changes will be in effect from 10 pm on Monday (Oct 3) to 5 am on Tuesday (Oct 4).

Accordingly, there will be no diversion for vehicles which are coming from Gengu Reddy Subway junction towards Ega Junction on EVR Salai.

Vehicles coming from Ega Junction on EVR Salai would not be allowed to travel straight at Barnaby Road Junction towards Gengu reddy Subway.

Those vehicles will be diverted at EVR Salai & Barnaby Road Junction towards Barnaby Road – Ponniyamman Koil Junction – Right turn – Flowers Road - EVR Salai to reach their designation.
