CHENNAI: Three students of a private college, K Ritheshkumar Prajabathi (20) of Jharkhand, M Mukesh (19) of Kovilpatti, and M Noel Jacob Melvin (23) of Mumbai, drowned off Kovalam beach on Sunday evening.
Lifeguard personnel and rescue personnel managed to find Noel, who was declared dead at Chengalpattu GH.
After an overnight search, Ritheshkumar’s body was recovered by the police. A search is under way for Mukesh’s body.
