CHENNAI: The Tamil Nadu Home Department has transferred N Kannan, Additional Commissioner of Police and posted Prem Anand Sinha, Inspector General of Police, North Zone, as the Additional Commissioner of Police, Law and Order , South, Greater Chennai Police on Wednesday.
