CHENNAI: Most of the petrol bunks in Chennai were seen a no-diesel notice board, which caused panic among motorists.

According to a Daily Thanthi report, it is said that the shortage of diesel is due to the limited supply of crude oil and the obstruction in refining works.

Accordingly, for the 107th day in Chennai, petrol and diesel prices still remained unchanged at Rs 102.63 and diesel at Rs 94.24.

Oil companies have been fixing the price of petrol, and diesel, based on the prevailing crude oil price in the international market and the value of the Indian rupee against the dollar.
