CHENNAI: MA Siddique IAS, principal secretary, Government of Tamil Nadu has taken charge as Managing Director of Chennai Metro Rail Limited (CMRL) on Monday. Siddique previously served as commissioner of Revenue Administration and Disaster Management.

Pradeep Yadav, IAS, who served as CMRL MD, has been posted as principal secretary to government, Highways and Minor Ports Department.
