CHENNAI: Launching a major crackdown, the Income Tax Department on Wednesday conducted raids at more than 30 places in Chennai since this morning, linked to TNEB / Tangedco contractors, suppliers, when Senthilbalaji was EB minister.

According to Daily Thanthi reports, raids are on in over 30 locations in several areas including Thoraipakkam, Pallikaranai,Neelankarai, Navalur, OMR, Ennore and other places in the city.
