ICF’s sculptures from scrap exhibited at Central station

An exhibition of sculptures from scrap called ‘Beauty and Bliss’ was thrown open to the public as part of promotion of fine arts by Integral Coach Factory (ICF), at the Chennai Central Railway Station on Tuesday. The exhibition was arranged by the Chennai Rail Museum.

ICF had earlier installed an art gallery at the Chennai Rail Museum in ICF and also there is an exclusive sculpture park in front of the Chennai Rail Museum. Works by eminent sculptors like Chelian, BO Shailesh, AV Ilango, Shalini Biswajit, Thejomaye Menon, Asma Menon and others have been put on display for the visitors at the sculpture park, according to a release.  

ICF in co-ordination with Southern Railway’s Chennai division, has arranged an exhibition of select sculptures at the open waiting hall in Chennai Central Railway Station’s extension building. The sculptures would be on display for about a month.
