CHENNAI: Several EMUs operated in the Chennai-Gudur section would be fully or partially cancelled due to line block permitted in the Central-Gudur section between Kavaraipettai and Ponneri Railway Stations from 9:50 am to 3:50 pm on February 24 (Monday).

1. Moore Market Complex (MMC)-Gummidipundi EMU leaving MMC at 8:05 am, 9 am, 9.30 am, 10.30 am, and 11.35 am on Feb 24 will be fully cancelled.

2. MMC-Sullurupeta EMU leaving MMC at 8:35 am and 10.15 am, Chennai Beach-Gummidipundi EMU local leaving Beach station at 9:40 am and 12:40 pm will be fully cancelled.

3. Gummidipundi-MMC local leaving Gummidipundi at 9:55 am, 11.25 am, 12 pm, 1 pm, 2.30 pm and 3.15 pm.

4. Gummidipundi-Chennai Beach local leaving Gummidipundi at 10:55 am, Sullurupeta-MMC local leaving Sullurupeta at 11:45 am and 1.15 pm will be fully cancelled.

5. Chengalpattu-Gummidipundi local leaving Chengalpattu at 9:55 am will be partially cancelled between Beach and Gummidipundi.

6. Gummidipundi-Tambaram local leaving Gummidipundi at 3 pm will be partially cancelled between Gummidipundi and Beach.

Meanwhile, due to train cancellation, the Chennai division has announced the operation of 14 passenger special trains on February 24.

1. MMC-Ponneri special will leave MMC at 8:05 am.

2. MMC–Ponneri will leave MMC at 9 am, 9.40 am and 11.35 am.

3. MMC-Minjur leaves MMC at 9:30 am,

4. MMC–Ennore will depart from MMC at 10:30 am.

5. Chennai Beach–Ponneri special leave MMC at 12:40 pm.

6. Ponneri–MMC special will leave Ponneri at 10:13 am, 12.18 pm, 2.48 pm and 3.33 pm.

7. Ponneri–Chennai Beach will depart from Ponneri at 11:13 am.

8. Minjur–MMC will leave Minjur at 11:56 am.

9. Ennore–MMC will leave Ennore at 1:43 pm.
