Chennai: The incident happened when the victim G Radha of Balaji Nagar, stepped out to dump waste into the dust bin on her street. When she was walking back home, a pedestrian who followed her suddenly snatched her two sovereigns and fled the spot. Based on her complaint, Pazhavanthangal police have registered a case and further investigation is on.
