Sources said all passengers should carry the certificate but it will be compulsory for those flying to Andaman, Odisha, Jaipur, Manipur, West Bengal and Gujarat.

As of now, only international passengers are producing medical certificates ahead of boarding.

Airport officials also requested passengers to hire prepaid taxis from the airport to ensure that they are not fleeced by unauthorised players. Officials said taxis were available on the airport premises all the time and passengers can book them anytime.
