CMRL to conduct live music sessions at metro stations this weekend

As per the schedule, on Saturday, the live music session will be held inside the train in the route Wimco Nagar station-Airport station between 7 and 8:30 pm.

CHENNAI: The Chennai Metro Rail Limited (CMRL) has collaborated with the ‘On The Streets of Chennai’, to hold live music sessions at various Metro stations and trains, this weekend.

As per the schedule, on Saturday, the live music session will be held inside the train in the route Wimco Nagar station-Airport station between 7 and 8:30 pm.

At the same time, the event will be held in the route Chennai Central and St. Thomas Mount station.

The events on Saturday evening are be held at Nandanam and CMBT stations (2:15 to 3:15 pm), Thousand Light station (4-5pm), Mannadi (6-6:30 pm), Central (6-9:30 pm) and Thirumangalam (4-5pm).

Subsequently, the event inside the train in the route Airport to Wimco Nagar station will be held between 8:30-9:30 am on Sunday. And at 5:45-6:45 at St Thomas station.

At the stations on Sunday, the event will be held at Wimco Nagar (10:30-11:15 am), Washermanpet (12-1 pm), LIC (2:15 -3 pm), Alandur (3:45 -4:30 pm), Airport (5:15-6:30 pm), Alandur (10-11 am), Vadapalani (11:45-12:30 pm), Koyambedu (1:15-2 pm), Shenoy Nagar (2:45-3:30 pm) and Nehru Park (4-5 pm).
