CHENNAI: A young man who dressed as Spider-Man to promote his sweet stall business was detained for allegedly disrupting traffic in Anna Salai area on Tuesday.
Syed Akbar Ali from Royapettah climbed on top of a hotel and parked vehicles and mimicked Spider-Man's antics, leaving onlookers in awe.
Some people took photos and videos of him on their mobile phones, and he even posed for pictures with children.
When his actions caused traffic congestion in the area, police from the Triplicane station arrived at the scene and took him in for questioning; they later released him with a warning.
