Alumini meet at Hindustan College on silver jubilee

Hindustan College of Arts and Science (HCAS), in connection with its Silver Jubilee celebrations organised an Alumni meet for the passed-out students from 1995 to 2019.

The chairperson of Hindustan Group of Institutions, Elizabeth Verghese, in her address went down memory lane and spoke about how the late KCG Verghese, her father and founder of the Hindustan Group, conceived the thought of providing quality education to students.

The principal of the college S Thirumagan, explicated that it is always good to gain literacy along with proper moral ethics. The Alumni Association Institution, took an oath and read out the pledge and promised to bring laurels to the alumni group through their continuous effort.

A few alumni members shared their experience when they were students and life out of college. They expressed their gratitude to the principal, staff, management and all others associated with the college for motivating and supporting them.

The event was attended by more than 700 students, in which some are in high professional status in leading industries, while some are researchers, entrepreneurs, and even in film industry.

The Silver Jubilee Mega Alumni Meet ‘REHASH25’, aimed to reunite, rejoice and refresh the bond between Alumni and the college. The event comprised of various cultural events like dance, music, kids stalls, raffle draw etc.

Co-ordinator S Illanjiam, HCAS Alumni Association thanked everyone for their presence.
