8,340 street name boards in Chennai to go digital

CHENNAI: As many as 8,340 street name boards will be replaced with digital boards across the city. An estimated cost of Rs 44.87 lakh has been allocated for replacing the existing boards in both interior and bus route roads. The replacement works will be carried out under two packages.
