Wabag profit in Q3 at Rs 2,118 mn

The water technology company recorded its 12th consecutive quarter of being net cash positive

CHENNAI: VA Tech Wabag Ltd reported a standalone profit after tax of Rs 2,118 million for the quarter ended December 31, 2025.

Its consolidated revenue from operations went up by 18 per cent YoY to Rs 25,298 mn. Standalone revenue from operations stood at Rs 21,175 mn. The water technology company recorded its 12th consecutive quarter of being net cash positive. It has an order intake of over Rs 47 bn while its order book is over Rs 163 bn including Framework contracts.

Rajiv Mittal, CMD, VA Tech Wabag, said, “Performance remained in line with mid-term guidance, with revenue growth of over 18 per cent while maintaining guided margins. We sustained a net cash positive position for the twelfth consecutive quarter, with gross cash of over Rs1,000 crores, providing strong financial flexibility to pursue PPP opportunities, expand our geographical footprint, and develop new markets.”

“With an order book exceeding Rs163 billion and a strong order pipeline, we remain confident of sustaining growth momentum,” he added.
